Sheri P Interior Design was formed in 1995 and the company has grown steadily for the past 14 years. I love having my own business, every day is a pleasure born out of my passion for design and respect for the people I work with.

I am a certified Autocad professional with up-to-date training on software. You can expect professional drawings with exacting specifications.

design philosophy

Early on, I learned the important skill of listening and interpreting the client’s wishes before offering suggestions of my own. I also learned to respect the parameters of time and budget for every project. These underlying beliefs are the basis for all of my working relationships.

I believe that each project is unique. Whether a room or house is modern, traditional, or somewhere in between, it must be done well. A designer’s job is to create the space not based on his or her own likes, but on the clients as well as the architecture and the space’s surroundings.

project inspiration

My inspiration for any job start begins with the surroundings and architecture. Colour, texture, use of material, and function are the key to any successful space.

residential services

I have tackled projects home and afar, they can be as simple as a one hour paint consultation, single room design, or completion of new home construction (including managing sub trades). I also help clients develop a road map to segment a larger project into smaller components that they can tackle on their own.

commercial projects

My commercial projects have included offices, restaurants, and retail spaces. These jobs are especially satisfying because of the challenges that come along with time lines and budgets.
